Warranty Information
TREESTANDS, SADDLE STANDS & CLIMBING STICKS
Treestands and climbing sticks are covered by a limited lifetime transferable warranty on all metal and non-wearable parts. Wearable components— hardware (nuts, bolts, washers, etc), cables, cam straps, buckle-less straps, seat cushions, grommets, webbing seats and backpack straps—are warrantied against manufacturer defects for one year from the date of delivery.
MACHINED ACCESSORIES (POCKET ARM, SIDEKICK, QUIVER MOUNT, SEAT/PLATFORM EXTENSIONS)
Machined accessories are covered by a limited lifetime transferable warranty on all metal and non-wearable parts. Wearable components — hardware (nuts, bolts, washers, etc), cam straps, buckle-less straps, O-rings, knobs, levels - are warrantied against manufacturer defects for one year from the date of delivery.
PACKS/BACKPACK STRAPS/WAIST SUPPORT
The Wolf Pack™️, Mobile Hunter™️ waist pack, and Halfpack™ Hybrid pack, Treestand Backpack Carrying Straps, and Treestand Waist Support are covered by a two-year quality warranty. Should you encounter any defects in sewing, stitching, or other manufacturing quality issues, reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible; we will evaluate the claim and repair the product as necessary. Replacements are offered at the sole discretion of LWCG. This warranty does not cover environmental damage or normal wear and tear.
UNDERCOVER™️ TRAIL CAMERA
Undercover™️ Trail Cameras are covered by a two-year standard warranty. This coverage excludes environmental damage and normal wear and tear. Please note that repair services are not available for these cameras.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Our warranty does not cover issues resulting from factors outside of manufacturing defects. This includes, but is not limited to, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, misuse, neglect, accidents, mishandling, or improper storage. Coverage is also excluded for damage caused by extreme weather, such as lightning, fire, or severe storms. Our policy does not extend to theft, loss, or general environmental damage. Additionally, warranty coverage is void if original logos or identifying features have been defaced or removed.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lone Wolf Custom Gear’s liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost equipment, lost time, or property damage) arising from the use or misuse of our products. A flat rate shipping fee is charged for all warrantied parts: $9.99 for sewn goods and components, and $19.99 for stands, platforms, and climbing sticks.
