IV / VG Insert Instructions

1. Cut off 1 inch on the front of the arrow.
2. Glue the fluted insert on the front of the arrow.
3. Remove the rear nock.
4. Glue in the rear insert.
5. Reinstall the nock on the end of the rear insert.  (most nocks will have to be cut and adjusted).

*Note - When target shooting with these inserts we highly recommend using foam targets for easy removal.
