We may have components for your older LW stand. Reach out to us at: info@lonewolfcustomgear.com and if we do not have what you need, we may be able to point you in the right direction.

Gift cards are delivered electronically immediately after the order is submitted. You will receive an email with a Gift Card graphic. The card number is hidden within this graphic and can be copied and pasted into the designated area during checkout. There is no limit to the amount of gift cards that can be applied to each individual order.

If you are attempting to use a discount code, be sure that it is still valid by reaching out to info@lonewolfcustomgear.com. Discount codes cannot be stacked, meaning only one code per order is allowed. Discount codes are not available for use on hardware orders.

Two things to take into consideration when ordering a Sidekick. The LWCG mounting option will only work on LWCG stands with the accessory mounting holes in the platform. All other stands, including legacy Lone Wolf stands, will require the Patriot Series/Other Treestands option. The Standard and Extended versions feature the same size prongs to hold your bow.

The Extended option allows your bow to rest further from the platform while in use, but still allows it to be folded flat during transport.

No. Due to the seat post size of legacy LW products, LWCG Replacement Seats and cushions will not be compatible with previous models.

If this is your first LWCG product, welcome to the pack! In some cases, used equipment may not have all of the components that one purchased directly through us may include. LWCG is not responsible for missing components on second hand purchases. Our backpack straps will fit on 99% of the stands out there, regardless of brand. Though you may not have the exact stand featured in the video, the process will be the same. No, we do not offer a conversion kit for our previous version of our Compact Sticks. Our new Compact Double Step Sticks feature a larger shelf to allow for the dual steps.

Lone Wolf Custom Gear and Lone Wolf Portable Treestands are two completely different companies. Andrae created Lone Wolf back in 1984 and in 2006 he sold the company to Oak Leaf Outdoors but kept the rights to the Lone Wolf name. He was licensing the name to Oak Leaf Outdoors. In 2019 when Andrae created Lone Wolf Custom Gear, Oak Leaf Outdoors broke their agreement and in 2022 Andrae stopped licensing the name to them. They then decided to create a new treestand company, therefore Lone Wolf products such as the Alpha (Alpha II), Assault (Assault II), and LW climbers are no longer made.

We apologize for any inconvenience as we are not able to process warranties for these Lone Wolf products.

Our Lifetime Transferable Warranty (LTW) covers defects in craftsmanship for the lifetime of the metal. The LTW covers the metal and all non-movable parts. This warranty is transferable to anyone who purchases a stand or sticks directly from LWCG or second hand.
