Refund policy

TREESTANDS & CLIMBING STICKS

Products must be returned within 14 days after receipt. No returns will be accepted unless prior written authorization has been granted. You can Contact Us for a return authorization number. Lone Wolf Custom Gear (LWCG) will determine the reason for return. If the product has a defect or there is a shipping error due to LWCG, then LWCG will issue a full credit and pay shipping costs for the return. If a product is returned for any other reason, the customer will pay for shipping costs and a $50 restocking fee. Product must be returned in the original packaging.
