Well there’s not a lot to say about this hardware other than it works as it should! I didn’t have much of an issue with the old hardware tightening up but there’s a big difference between the old and new.
The real story is the customer service from Lone Wolf Custom Gear!
I never complained about the tightening issue some people had so I was surprised when I received an email stating I would be able to go onto their website and order the new hardware free of charge including the shipping cost! I’ll assume they contacted every single person who bought one of their crossover climbers whether or not they complained about it, that’s awesome! It’s very rare a consumer experiences that level of service, and although their products are expensive, they are made here in the USA and with the best customer service I’ve personally ever experienced!

I waited about a month for the hardware, but was excited to replace the parts when they arrived. I’d give this a 5-star review if the instructional video were clearer. Initially, I struggled with the tab orientation due to poor video quality and had to reassemble the upper stand as it wasn’t sliding back into place, and kept seizing up. Once I corrected it, it appears that everything is working properly. I do like the longer tab to secure the top/bottom stand together as well!
Major improvement. Especially like the longer key to attach the stand together. It’s much easier now and the knobs aren’t spinning anymore. Fine little details like that makes a big difference.
