Shown is my .5 stand. I have used it for the past 3yrs with the original belt and pack straps. I always had a hard time getting it to fit right and it wouldn’t keep the top of the stand tight against my back at the top. When loaded, it wouldn’t keep throw off your balance. Now, with the latest version of the straps, with the load lifters, that issue is gone. Also being able to adjust the height of the chest strap, all makes a difference. These tweaks make a good product even better. A must have in my opinion. One tweak to the belt, was to add a cobra buckle, the original plastic buckle would open up all the time. Now I can crank the belt tight and really transfer the weight to my hips vs back. Great gear guys. Thanks
I'm using it on an older hang on treestand. Not a lonewolf. They're the best backpack straps I've used just not perfect for my application. I would definitely recommend these for someone looking for backpack straps.
I can tell a lot of thought went into designing these straps. I am 74 years old and these straps makes carrying my lone wolf hand climber a breeze. Made in the USA is a big plus. It means a lot to this veteran.
Don’t be upset. They work perfect on my Beast Stand. I may have to add the waist belt next.
Well made. Very comfortable.
The loadlifters on these new straps are a huge improvement on how the overall weight of my rig feels on my back. The weight has shifted up, and is not pulling down or back, nearly as much. It’s a much more comfortable position now.
Waiting for fall to try these out. Weight feels better with these straps than the original.
Excellent upgrade from the standard summit straps on my old summit. Didn’t know what I was missing out on for so long until I put these straps on. Great quality and heavy duty.
Made my trips more pleasant.
I’ve had prior experience using these straps and they work great. I bought a set for my hunting beast setup and they are light and distribute the weight very well. Would recommend
This is a fabulous lock-on! I had the .5 before, which was great, but I didn’t like the small seat. LWCG didn’t offer the option of a larger seat change out. I sold my stand, and purchased the 1.0. This stand only 2.5 lbs more, which isn’t a big deal overall. I’m able to be super mobile on public land and hunt safely and most importantly comfortable. I highly recommend this stand, and all LWCG products.
These straps are extremely comfortable and offer very nice support. The waist belt is certainly the icing on the cake. Well made. It gives you the option to remove and use shoulder straps only also.
The LWCG backpack straps combined with the waist support belt may not be the most expensive but 2 miles back with .5 + 5 double steps sticks and a pack - this system IMHO is 2nd to none. Easy, comfortable and adjustable, durable - this system checks all the boxes.
5 star.. don’t get the straps without the waist support. Both together are absolutely awesome.
Great product!
Shipping was very fast.. ordered shoulder straps & waist straps separately & didn’t use the straps until I had the complete setup. It’s phenomenal.. I’ve got the quiver & lone wolf sticks also & it’s a great setup. This is my third year of saddle hunting & I’m excited about finally having my lone wolf setup totally complete.
Lwcg makes some awesome products.! I have almost everything they make. Expect for the bow. Love the 1.0, ambush and the minis are my favorites.
Steve from Kentucky I’m over 60 years old Finally got to us my stand over the past weekend on public land walked over.7 mile with stand 2 sticks and backpack straps The stand is solid to the tree I felt very safe and had plenty of room
I love everything about this stuff
These straps are very comfortable! And well made! Great job !
Great on trails so far. Waiting for the season to open. Really like it so far.
Backpack straps and waist girdle are AWESOME! Super comfortable and great build quality. The waist girdle is 90% of this system. All the weight is now on your hips and not your shoulders. I anticipate these to last me for a long time.
Mint straps! Added them to my beast stand. Carrys like a dream.
I didn't see exactly what I was looking for on the website. Messaged customer service and they replied promptly with the help I needed. Shipping was fast and reasonable. The strap / belt system seems to be well made, and makes a huge difference carrying the stand. So much more comfortable and manageable for way longer distances than with original straps. Good company to do business with!
I bought these for my new Beast Gear Stand. Very comfortable and easy to put on. Waiting for the waist belt to be back in stock.
The lwcg straps are perfect for the lone wolf wide flip top climber. Install was easy, just adjust to your liking. Put a mile in the Texas heat the first trip out and no issues. Great product at the right price!
Needed a upgrade to my old Lone Wolf climber, these straps and waist support fit it great, and are amazingly comfortable, can’t even tell the stand is on my back, thanks LWCG
These straps are by far the best I've used for any stand. Especially when using the ds .5 seat as a meat hauler while load slinging a pack. You'll not find a more comfortable waistband that takes the load off you than the lwcg
Excellent system
Worth every penny tk have the extra support and comfort when moving through the woods.
Gonna turn this thing into a meat hauling backpackin' machine with the shoulder straps and waisted belt!
I used the straps and waist belt on the lone wolf assault hand climber . Takes some fitting / adjusting on where to put it but once it’s set it is a huge improvement on the 1” webbing straps it comes with . Definitely balances the load and will make those couple mile walks in much more comfortable .
The BEST backpack strap setup hands down! I was thinking about going with the army surplus Molle straps and I already have a set of them but I tell you what, the lone wolf are by far more comfortable than them. Also how can you not buy them just for the price alone. That’s why I bought 2 sets. Thanks guys at lone Wolf you done it again!!
Purchased the .5 public land stand and ordered the waist belt to go along with it. It makes packing it around very comfortable. I would definitely recommend the waist belt to go with the shoulder straps.
High quality love how it’s fit my lone wolf assault tree stand
Packed in very nice harvested this monster . I will be purchasing more
For the extra $ I spent on the straps now that I have them they are quite simply a must. Especially the waist belt it takes so much of the load off off your shoulders and makes it a lot easier to pack on those really long hikes to where you plan to hunt. I’ve taken off before daylight with a plan that quickly went to hell and wound up walking 3 times as far as I’d originally planned and that’s when I was so glad I had the waist belt.
Easy to install and is the perfect addition to my set up!!
Another great product from lone Wolf! The quality and customer service of this company is hands-down, the best in the business.
